ไปที่แว่นขยายของ Windows หรือ กดปุ่ม Windows + S แล้วเพิ่ม Control Panel

เลือก Turn Windows features on or off



ติกถูกที่ ในโฟรเดอร์ .NET Framework ทั้งหมดแล้วกด OK
